Hi! If you understand the reference in the subject line you are awesome.Anyway, hi I'm a missionary now! I don't know how much you really want to hear about this home MTC experience because I'm not very far away, but I thought I'd just send an email today anyway. So read if you want!I love the MTC!! I have 3 hours of class in the morning and 3 hours of class in the afternoon. And then I also do personal study, companionship study, and language study. So most days I'm pretty busy. But it's good! I love learning Spanish. Let me repeat that: I looooove learning Spanish! I get so nervous to actually speak, but I'm getting better. My companion, Hermana Flake, is the bomb! She told me on the first day that leading up to her mission she read so many books and I instantly knew we would get along (I read so many books right before my mission). There are some challenges with being a missionary at home, but my mom also made me cookies the other day so there are bonuses. My favorite part of the day is when I crack my back after sitting in a chair for hours. It crackles like Pop Rocks I swear. On Monday we had a "gym" class over zoom. You might be thinking, "Hm that's interesting. Wonder how that works." Answer: it is so weird. I basically had to do burpees in front of a camera with 30 other missionaries... so you can imagine how much I enjoyed that hahah. We all thought it was a little ridiculous. But it's all good! Everyone needs opportunities to laugh at themselves. This week I learned how important the Spirit is! It has helped me know what to say and do and it has told me God loves me. Pretty awesome! And btw God loves you too; I 100% know it!ooxxooXoXXxHermana Eastman
